Going Green in Florida

Have you heard the news! Green real estate is getting lots of buzz. More and more homebuyers are looking for ways to increase their green footprint. During the last four months there were 13 homes sold in Bluewater Bay in the $200,000-$299,999 price range. The average sale was $241,664 with average price per square foot of $131.47. The average days on the market was 68.

In the $300,000 to $399,999 the average sales price was $341,260 with an average price per square foot of $141.05. The average days on the market was 217 days.

During the last four months there were 7 homes sold in Bluewater Bay in the $400,000-$499,999 price range. The average sale was $446,129 with average price per square foot of $140.39. The average days on the market was 176.
